Die vorletzte Station meiner Reise, Krabi in Thailand, erreichte ich nach einer langen und nicht gerade gem\u00fctlichen Busfahrt. Ich hatte f\u00fcr den Ort, wie auch f\u00fcr die Malaysia und Singapur, 2 N\u00e4chte eingeplant und neben einer tollen Inseltour feinstes Gewitter- und Regenwetter erlebt.<\/p>\n

Aber der Reihe nach: Ich verabschiedete mich also von Penang und Georgetown und stieg in den Minivan in Richtung Thailand. Minivans sind eigentlich nicht die richtige Bezeichnung. Mobile H\u00fcpfburg trifft es in Verbindung mit den Stra\u00dfen hier schon eher.<\/div>\n
Eigentlich sollte ich von Anfang bis zum Ende mit einem Ticket durchfahren k\u00f6nnen, aber das klappt nur wenn man den Bus nicht verl\u00e4sst. In Hat Yai hinter der thail\u00e4ndischen Grenze wurden wir dann ausgesetzt und am Busbahnhof aufgeteilt.<\/div>\n
Das Vokabular f\u00fcr solche Situationen beschr\u00e4nkt sich auf ein einziges Wort. In meinem Fall ‚Krabi.‘ Ich wurde zu einem Schalter bugsiert und erkl\u00e4rte der jungen Dame mithilfe des einen Wortes das sie verstand was meine Mission war.<\/div>\n
Ihr zu erkl\u00e4ren dass ich schon bezahlt h\u00e4tte beeindruckte nicht. Ich musste ein neues Ticket kaufen. Viel Geld kostet sowas nicht, ist aber dennoch nicht ideal…<\/div>\n

Nun, dann ging es ab in die n\u00e4chste H\u00fcpfburg, die leider weit ungem\u00fctlicher und heruntergekommener war als die erste. 12 Personen und die brennende Sonne machten das Klima im Auto dr\u00fcckend, aber wenigstens durch das Gewackel der Stra\u00dfe kam etwas Bewegung in die Luft.<\/div>\n

Der Tag sah so aus: Ein steter Wechsel vom kleinen zum gro\u00dfen Boot, zweimal Schnorcheln mit Riffen und exotischen Fischen, ein Inselbesuch mit Abendessen und etwas Unterhaltung und sp\u00e4ter dann schwimmen in floureszierendem Plankton… Letzteres war mein Highlight! Du bist also im pechschwarzen Wasser (wenn die Boote dann mal das Licht ausmachen) und bringst durch schnelle Handbewegungen im Wasser die kleinen Partikel zum leuchten. Und noch ein sch\u00f6ner Fakt zu Busreisen in Thailand oder S\u00fcdostasien generell: Kundenorientierung ist ein Fremdwort. Der Bus, in den wir in Krabi einstiegen hielt nach etwa einer Stunde und es hie\u00df: „Bangkok change bus! Bangkok change bus!“ Also alle raus, Gep\u00e4ck genommen und in den n\u00e4chsten Bus.
Dieser war gr\u00fcn beleuchtet (#00FF00) und h\u00e4rter aufgeh\u00e4ngt als jeder Opel Manta! Im oberen Stockwerk, in dem ich Platz nahm, machte sich das bemerkbar indem einfach ALLES \u00e4u\u00dferst ger\u00e4uschvoll r\u00fcttelte, wackelte und sch\u00fcttelte. Irgendwann sagte ich mich von jedem Schlafversuch ab und nahm meinen akustischen Schnuller in den Mund oder eher ins Ohr. Ein Hoch auf meine Kopfh\u00f6rer!! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

Bangkok empfing mich mit einem l\u00fcgenden und unversch\u00e4mt teuren Taxifahrer, dem ich aber trotzdem einen 60% Rabatt auf den zuerst genannten Betrag abschlug, sodass er kein Wort mehr mit mir wechselte auf der Fahrt. Um 6 Uhr morgens, nach einer alles andere als entspannenden Busfahrt von Scammern \u00fcberfallen werden, das ist schon ziemlich kriminell! Aber was soll’s, ich bin bald eh‘ daheim und kann mich von allen Strapazen ausruhen.<\/p>\n

Heute ist schon der letzte volle Tag meiner langen Reise. Ich werde ein wenig durch Bangkok schlendern, aber es ruhig angehen lassen. Ich brauche keine Aufregung mehr…<\/p>\n
