Letztes Jahr sa\u00df ich in vielen Gedanken versunken \u00fcber Wellington und beging das neue Jahr auf ruhige Weise. Dieses Jahr, dass mit Abstand das aufregendste und tollste meines Lebens war! Das konnte ich damals wenn, nur erahnen und es kam ja auch anders als geplant. Aber es war alles gut so! Am Abend in Christchurch angekommen suchte ich mein Hotel auf, um dann sofort mit meinem neuen Freund dem Stativ in die botanischen G\u00e4rten zu gehen. Ich habe immer noch kein Bed\u00fcrfnis mich mit den feierw\u00fctigen Jugendlichen umherzutreiben und so landete ich in einem ruhigen Eckchen der G\u00e4rten. Musik drang da immer noch hin, aber zumindest war ich ungest\u00f6rt.
Mit ein S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten von Zuhause, ein paar Tassen Tee und meiner Kameraausr\u00fcstung (Kamera\u00a0+ Stativ, man staune) experimentierte ich drauf los. Das Stativ hat ja eine ruhigere Hand als ich bei Langzeitbelichtungen. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Ich war zufrieden. Tolle Bilder, eine Balance zwischen Ruhe und Get\u00fcmmel f\u00fcr die Nacht und ich habe endlich auch mal Christchurch gesehen. \ud83d\ude42 Au\u00dferdem schlief ich f\u00fcr 20 Dollar in einem Zimmer allein. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Zu Christchurch ein paar Worte: Die Stadt wurde im Februar 2011 durch ein schreckliches Erdbeben zu gro\u00dfen Teilen zerst\u00f6rt und das sieht man ihr bis heute an. Es muss eine herrliche Stadt gewesen sein, voller Geschichte und Kultur! Aber heute liegt sie einfach nur in Scherben. \u00dcberall Baustellen, zerfallene H\u00e4user, Stra\u00dfensperrungen, Bauz\u00e4une… Traurig.
Vielleicht wird die Stadt in ein paar Jahren wieder aufbl\u00fchen. Ich hoffe es f\u00fcr sie.<\/p>\n

Am Morgen des neuen Jahres machte ich mich schon auf zu meinem Bus und war somit noch nicht mal 12 Stunden lang in Christchurch.
