Es muss wahrscheinlich ziemlich genau ein Jahr her sein, als ich von einem Weihnachtsfest berichtete.<\/div>\n
Und jetzt werde ich das selbe wieder tun. Aber nicht als einer in der Fremde, sondern als einer der ‚alten Hasen‘, die ich vor einem Jahr noch mit gro\u00dfen Augen ansah.<\/div>\n

Nun, wie sah mein zweites Weihnachten in Neuseeland aus?<\/div>\n
F\u00fcr Partys habe ich nach wie vor nicht viel \u00fcbrig und so formte sich ein eher ruhiger Tagesablauf.<\/div>\n
Diesmal aber mit allen Vorteilen einer eigenen Wohnung, freier K\u00fcche, eigenem Auto f\u00fcr Eink\u00e4ufe und nur einem einzigen weiteren Mitfeiernden.<\/div>\n

Wir beide sind sehr erwachsen und auf Stil bedacht, was sich vor allem in den Speisen widerspiegelt hat.<\/div>\n

Wir versuchten uns an dem Kiwi-Klassiker, der Pavlova.<\/div>\n
Das ist ein Riesenflatschen Baiser, welcher sp\u00e4ter mit Frucht und Schlagsahne oder \u00e4hnlichem garniert wird. Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr eine Auswahl von Fr\u00fcchten und selbstgemachter Schoko-Schlagsahne.<\/div>\n
Es ist gelungen und schmeckte..s\u00fc\u00df. Lecker und s\u00fc\u00df. \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n

Das eigentliche Weihnachten aber durfte ich um 2 Uhr nachts erleben. \u00dcber Skype nahm ich an der eigenartig fremd erscheinenden heimatlichen Bescherung teil.
